The Department of Pharmacy at Mahakaushal University recently organised industrial visits for its students with the objective of enhancing practical knowledge and industry exposure. These visits proved to be highly beneficial, offering students invaluable real-world insights and hands-on learning experiences, thereby effectively bridging the gap between academic learning and practical industry application.
During the visits, students closely observed various pharmaceutical processes in operation, including production, quality control, and research & development (R&D). This exposure enabled them to understand the functioning of pharmaceutical industries and the importance of maintaining quality and compliance in every stage of drug manufacturing.
Students also had the opportunity to interact with industry professionals, who shared their expertise and provided insights into current pharmaceutical practices, regulatory standards, and emerging trends in the sector. These interactions helped students gain clarity about career prospects and the skills required to succeed in the pharmaceutical industry.
The initiative reflects Mahakaushal University’s commitment to experiential learning and industry-oriented education, ensuring that students are well-prepared to meet professional challenges and contribute effectively to the healthcare sector.
