Fee Refund Framework
This page presents the fee-refund framework reflected in the UGC notifications and the University policy documents supplied for publication. The University should update the linked policy document whenever a revised UGC or University policy is issued.

Special refund window
The University policy supplied for 2025–26 states that a full refund applies for cancellation/migration up to 30 September 2025, and up to 31 October 2025 the deduction may not exceed ₹1,000 as processing fee.
After the special window
For admission schedules extending beyond 31 October 2025, the University document refers back to the UGC October 2018 refund and non-retention framework reproduced on this page.
Original certificates
The UGC October 2018 notification states that original academic and personal certificates must not be retained by the HEI; originals are to be verified in the student’s presence and returned.

The UGC notification states that original academic and personal certificates should not be retained by an HEI. Originals are to be physically verified in the student’s presence and returned; taking certificates into institutional custody is prohibited.
