A unique grievance number is generated immediately after successful submission for future reference.

The grievance is examined and may be assigned to the concerned officer/department for appropriate action.

Students can use the grievance reference details to follow the progress and view the latest status.

Resolution & communication

Once action is completed, the recorded resolution is communicated through the available communication channels.

  • Please answer calls received from the University regarding your grievance.
  • Avoid duplicate submissions for the same issue; use the existing grievance number to track progress.

How many active grievances can I have?
A maximum of three active grievances can remain open for a student at one time.
What happens after I submit a grievance?
You receive a unique grievance number. The University reviews the matter and communicates further action/status through the available communication channels.
Why should I monitor my email?
Email may be used for OTP verification, grievance acknowledgement, status updates, clarifications and resolution communication.
Can I submit the same issue repeatedly?
Students should avoid duplicate submissions. Please use the existing grievance reference and track its progress instead.
