To support this commitment, the University has appointed an Ombudsperson who serves as an independent authority to address grievances and ensure justice in academic and administrative matters.

Dr. Prem Singh serves as the Ombudsperson of Mahakaushal University, providing a neutral, impartial, and confidential channel for students, faculty, and staff to raise concerns or complaints. His role is to facilitate the resolution of disputes and ensure that all voices are heard in accordance with university policies and regulatory guidelines.
The Ombudsperson investigates grievances relating to:

3. Issues related to examinations, results, and evaluations
4. Violation of university rules and norms
5. Any act undermining the rights and responsibilities of stakeholders.
