ANTI RAGGING
In view of the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP No. 24295 of 2006 dated 16-05-2007 and in Civil Appeal number 887 of 2009, dated 08-05-2009 to prohibit, prevent and eliminate the scourge of ragging including any conduct by any student or students whether by words spoken or written or by an act which has the effect of teasing, treating or handling with rudeness a fresher or any other student.
PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT
In accordance with UGC Regulations 2015 and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act 2013 (Section 2.9), Mahakaushal University is committed to a harassment-free campus. We expect everyone – students, faculty, staff, and officials – to treat each other and visitors with respect. Violations may lead to disciplinary action

The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) at our University is dedicated to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all. It handles complaints related to sexual harassment with sensitivity and confidentiality, promoting a harassment-free campus for everyone.
